The Hand ‘n Hand Pregnancy Help Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is fully funded by individuals, churches, businesses, and organizations who want to offer life choices to its communities.

Hand ‘n Hand schedules tours during non-business hours. Please call (636)464-4505 to schedule.
Free pregnancy testing with ultrasound verification, STD testing & treatment for
our pregnancy test clients, referrals for Community Support Services: health care, legal
& adoption, material assistance for mother & baby, parenting classes and support after
abortion. For more information on our services click here.
Missouri taxpayers, including individuals and businesses who donate to Hand ‘n
Hand PHC may be eligible for a credit of 70% of their donations. Contact us for more information.
Monetary, material goods such as but not limited to clothing up to size 2T,
Diapers sizes preemie-size 6, formula and baby food that is not expired or opened. More items listed here.
Your gift makes it possible for us to provide every woman with a laboratory-
quality test that is 99% accurate in as little as 10 days after conception. We can operate
our medical clinic including licensing, insurance, ultrasound equipment, medical
supplies, and medical team training. Your gift allows us to continue paying our staff, pay
our rent and associated costs, provide technology, and continuing education for our
team. With your support we can reach more women in need of our services by
maintaining our client website, Google and other advertising, community outreach and
more.
